i take the cvs brand with the DHA supplement (2 pills daily)
they dont make me sick and they are pretty cheap - cvs often has buy one get one free sales

I take One a Day w DHA. No matter which ones you take, make sure there's DHA in it.

I take Organic Prenatals and I add on DHA.
These are what I take: Rainbow Light
And this is the DHA: DHA

And this is the DHA: DHA
I really love this prenatal- never makes me sick. It's just huge to swallow for me. Did your Dr recommend DHA 250? I never thought or was told ab taking an additional supplement and am curious if that is the recommended dose?

I choked too!!! My OB gave me a prenatal chewable to take but its awful- literally only a vit a, some vit b's and like900mcg folate. I think I will just suck it up and go back to the horse pill.

They changed the Rainbow ones to once a day and a little smaller. I usually choke on pills too but the coating has really helped me:)

My OB prescribed citra natal harmony? It has 260 dha and has been really easy on my stomach
