which prenatal vitamins?
Was in CVS today and saw their vitamins are all buy-one-get-one. Figured it would be a good time to pick up prenatals but GOOD GOD THEY ARE EXPENSIVE!!! Like 5x the price of regular women's one-a-day! 
The CVS brand 100ct bottles were sold out and I didn't want to buy 2 300ct bottles. I considered the other brands but they were all like $18.99 for 50 vitamins so I didn't want to buy the "wrong" ones.
So... which prenatals do you use? Why do you like them? Why did you pick them? What makes them better than a regular women's multi (my multi has 100% folic acid). And... where's the best place to buy them? TYIA!

I purchased mine on drugstore.com. They are the RiteAid brand got 100 pills for $9 (incl ship) I check RiteAid store and its $15. I have only been on them for a few days but 1-I like the price and 2- they dont cause any side effects. These contain 800mcg of folic acid. HTH

I am still on the rx ones because I am BFing. My OB preferred I be on rx prenatals because the metals are regulated. He said that they are not in OTC.

I'm on rx prenatals (CitraNatal Assure)...which cost me $70 for 3 months. I really like them though.

you can also check the weekly circulars. i got mine on sale for somethng like buy one get on free. somewhere always has them on sale. check drugstores (cvs, rite aide, etc.) but also check the supermarkets. they carry them and have them on sale all the time too.
