Definitely #2 - and as a younger twin, birth order doesn't make a difference with photos. Only in elementary school were you're repeatedly told "I'm 2 minutes older" 
It's also their announcement so I didn't want people to get confused -  .

#2, I actually did the same with them not in boirth order, I figured this was a time for my second born to be first, LOL!
