I'm sure the answers will vary greatly depending where people live.
I live in West Islip and my favorite parks are Brookwood Hall in East Islip, the park at Field 5 Robert Moses and Wohseepee Park in Brightwaters.
West Islip doesn't really have any great parks that I've found. I live around the corner from a little residential area park and there's always broken glass and garbage in the sand

Either the children's playground at Eisenhower or Cedar Creek.
We also have a small playground in our neighborhood by the town pool. We're in Levittown.

Diamond in the pines is my new favorite park! It isn't as crazy as Heritage! I don't think a ton of people know it exists yet!

Eisenhower and Cedar Creek. I used to go Clark Street in LB when I lived closer. There are a few tiny neighborhood parks in my area but nothing great.

Eisenhower Park (Field 4), Speno, and Cedar Creek. Once in a while I'll take them to the little playground by the East Meadow pool as well.

Nope! They might check licenses on Sat-Sun, but you can just drive right in on weekdays.
