I think Angelina Jolie just named her twin Vivienne so I would shy away from the trendiness of that...
I like both Vivian and Viviana - I guess it depends on your last name. ?

Unfortunately I have no choice.. My word is my word.. My Dh's mother is Vivian so I have too.. Both of his siblings named there daughters Vivian also.. I think I am going with Viviana Lee.. Its a combo of my name and Vivian.. And its my middle name Lee.. If its a boy it will be the III so I cant get in there.. My last name has 10 letters so its one of those long ones! Hard to get on your license ones! 
ETA: The problem is that I cant get used to Viviana.. I think Vivian is so pretty. Bbut there are two others

I love both!  I really wanted to name this baby Vivian if it were a girl, but DH wasn't going for it. Oh well, we're having a  anyway!

I came VERY close to wanting to name DD Vivian. I absolutely love it.
A friend of mine has a DD named Vivianna, and I'll admit that I'm not a big fan...JMO.

I would go with Viviana, especially since you said your DD will have two cousins with the name Vivian. Is there any way you could just use the V initial? I like Vera, Valentina, Violet, Virginia and Vanessa.

ETA: both names are very pretty but I really like Viviana.....I think its really special that it has both your name and your MIL's name

They're both pretty, but I always had Vivian on my list of names. We won't use it though because DH's bff's mom (who is like a second mom to DH) is named Vivian.

I prefer Viviana....I think it's more original and Vivian kind of makes me picture an older woman, not a child.
