Mad-el-in OR
Mad-el-eye-n
Mia?
Mee-a OR
My-a
Madeleine (eye-n) and Maya (My-a) were some of our top choices when I was pregnant with DS and we had actually decided on Maya Elizabeth if he were a girl. But if they're Madel-In and / or Mee-a, I'm not a fan of either and would select Grace.
