which is correct?
I am writing a report and the acronym for a company is lets say MMCS.
so do I write:
1) We reviewed MMCS's financial information.
or
2) We reviewed MMCS' financial information.
I have to write the acronym and not the full name of the company. I guess what's throwing me off is that the acronym for this company ends with an S.
Thanks!!

Re: which is correct?
The first.
People will argue that it's changing, but in grammar books I use, it says only Jesus or Socrates or Moses etc. get the second one.

which is correct?
I'm assuming these are just names. If so the first is correct.
General rules when dealing with "s": Last name or first name ends in s you add 's to it to make it possessive. Example: That is Sam Jones's dog. To make a last name that ends in s plural as in referring to the Jones family you add es. Example: Merry Christmas, Love the Joneses. To refer to the Joneses family dog (plural possesive) you add an ' after the es. Example: The Joneses' dog smells bad.
