Oh yeah.
He thinks it's hysterical when I get serious.
I don't know what to do.
We started implementing time outs because he won't listen.

Yep!!
Megan has this devious laugh like "whatever Mom."
Ive started the counting method. I taught her that if I say 3, thats it. Shes in timeout. No discussion, nothing. As soon as I start counting, she starts behaving. This has gotten her to laugh less at me..but notice I didnt say she has stopped.

YUP, when I tell her NO she looks at me and just laughs....I dont get it, it drives me nuts.

She will laugh sometimes but more often she repeats what I said in her stern voice & then I end up cracking up.
