Which carseat??
DH and I registered for our travel system, but we are not sure which car seat to get for the "next step up" when the baby grows. I haven't really looked at reviews yet and figured I'd start here. Which one did you chose?

I recommend a Britax seat all the way! It's very highly rated, safety-wise. There are several models. We have the Roundabout for several reasons...they also have the Marathon, Decathalon, etc. They're great seats!

It has good reviews and looks cute... I won't lie... it bugs me when things don't look stylish... so yep, vanity counts, even for carseats 
oh, I should add a couple things...
read baby bargains and reviews on amazon and other sites carefully before picking one. Some carseats do NOT work well with certain vehicles... some are too big for anything but a large SUV, others are too large to be back facing on certain manufacturer's seats (has to do with seat depth and the angle of the bottom of the seat).
I know the britax (another contender for us) supposedly doesn't work well in some toyotas (we have a prius and a scion xA, so that eliminated one brand for us).

Britax for sure! My DD has the Roundabout, my DS has the Marathon. I love them both, and highly reccomend Britax.

Britax Marathon, it was Highly recomnded by Baby Bargains and my cousin told me all her sisiters have it too!

Britax- either the marathon, declathon, or boulevard. I registered for the crocodile (beige) one at BBB. They pass better safety tests and hold more weight. HTH
