Which bottles are you buying/registering for?
I feel so overwhelmed with things to buy/register for the baby.
I was thinking of just buying everything Avent - bottles, pacifiers, sterilizer, etc.

Re: Which bottles are you buying/registering for?
with DD#1 i finally settled on avent bottles after trying a few different brands. we used NUK pacifiers as recommended by our ped, but DD only used them for a week or two and then had no interest anymore.
since all the BPA hoopla, with DD#2 i am starting out with glass and will try the evenflow bottles. i will pick up some NUK pacifiers as well, but secretly hoping she'll like them as much as her sister .
never bought/used a sterilizer. nothing plasitc goes in the microwave in our house. i boiled them initially and then again one in a blue moon.
my suggestion is not to buy too much at first and experiment to see what you and baby like best!

I went through a few with dd, and ended up loving Born free. So going to start with those with this baby and hopefully that will be the bottle we will go through this time.

With DS I used Dr. Brown's and they worked fantastic for us. I ended up throwing them all out after the whole BPA thing.
I am going to try the Playtex Drop-Ins this time around just because I have sooo many free samples

we registered for Playtex VentAire and Evenflo (for when they are 4 mos and older). Honestly, they are both BPA free so I'm not concerned. I just didn't want glass bottles.

I had Dr. Brown's bottle for DS at first then switched to Playtex Drop ins. I loved the Drop ins.
I will get more medella nursers too if I am able to BF again for baby #2.
