I like #1 best but with a $1k difference, I would go with the cheaper of the two. They are too similar to pay that difference.

Okay so I want this bed too! Plus, get this, I fell in love with crate and barrel one but DH could not fathom spending that much money on a bed. Now that you said you have seen the one on OVERSTOCK that makes me really want to get it now. I was hesitant because of not actually seeing it in person. The bed come in several peices right?

LOL and thanks! The C&B one is just too formal looking for me. I have sort of a semi-formal bedroom. Yes, the bed comes in pieces, and it has a slot bottom. Comes with 14 slots I believe.
