Where would you go alone?

DDS are going to be away with their dad over the april school break. I never have a week alone and considering going somewhere even for 2-3 nights by myself. Where would you go? Yes budget is a factor so i wont be flying to bora bora

I was thinking Kripalu

I like to hike too but never did it alone

A canyon ranch property (MA, AZ or Miami). Miami is the only one that allows wine/liquor.

A resort and spa in Arizona. Take in the parks, spa, etc.

Depends on what you are looking for - peace and quiet or more night life and that kind of thing. I went to Sanibel Island by myself when I needed some time alone and wanted a peaceful place. I loved it - went for a massage, mani/pedi, rode a bike all around the island, walked the beach etc. It was perfect.

Bear in mind that airfare will be outrageous during spring break as will hotel prices.

Having said that, if I was going away alone, I would want beach, pool, a lounge chair, a book and for my drinks and food to be delivered to said lounge chair.

Probably somewhere in Florida since it's quicker and easier and cheaper than getting to the Caribbean

Either a beach somewhere with a book and lots or relaxing. OR a tour to see one of the National Parks or something along those lines. It would depend on my mood.

I inadvertently wound up in Newport Beach by myself for a few days and it was glorious. I stayed in Fashion Island where there is a ton of stuff to do and then you have the beach, pier, hiking. Even just to take a drive around there is beautiful. I was just saying the other day I need to book a solo trip back there!

ETA: I was there last year at the same time you are looking to go. The weather could not have been more perfect!

pick a place you have ALWAYS wanted to go and never thought it would be possible. book the flight and GO. you have one week to yourself. just do it!!!!!!

Europe. Flights are the same as Florida over Spring break.
If alone, I'd do Ireland. People are so friendly & so much to see.

I would jump on a cruise out of NY. Nice and easy and so relaxing!!
