ds son was in my room for 3 -4 months..mostly because of his reflux..
he started in basinett..then went to rnp, then went to pack and play.. in my room...
then..he finally went to crib in his room.

Where will your baby sleep in the beginning?
DD started in her rock and play in our room, then went to the rnp in her room and now for about a weeks, she has been in her crib. Shes 15 weeks.

all three of mine slept in the bassinet in our room for the first 6 mo or so
once they transfered to the crib they went into their room

DD sleeps in a rock and play. We got the bassinet but she seems so much more comfy in the rock and play.

Where will your baby sleep in the beginning?
DD is in the rnp in our room, she's 3 wks today. Not sure where we will go from here but we will figure it out eventually. I ultimately would love it if she could be in her crib by the time I go back to work but I'm not sure if that will work out. We shall see!

My DD (11 weeks) has been in the Rock N Play in our room. I plan on transitioning her out of it soon.

DD started out in a pack n play in our room, but she wasn't sleeping well at all in it so around 3 weeks we got her a rnp which she's been sleeping much better in. She stayed in it in our room until around two months and then we moved her to her room but she still sleeps in the rnp. She hates her crib. I'm hoping to get her into the crib soon but so far not having luck.

Since we only had a bedroom when he was born, the plan was a crib in our room. But that didnt happenen. We used a mixture of the rock in play and the swing in our room.

DS is just shy of 5 months and we just transitioned him to his crib 4 days ago. He was in our room in a RNP from the time he came home until about 3 wks ago. Then we put the RNP in his room. For me personally, I regret not transitioning him to his crib after his 1st month. Getting him into his crib has been a challenge at night and he still won't sleep in it for naps. When we have DC#2, I will def be putting him or her in the crib at night and naps at 1 month. Go with your gut and what works best for you and DH.

Both my children were in the bassinet in my room in the beginning. My second child wouldnt sleep in it though and I wasted no time the first night home putting him in bed with me. We co-slept 6 months, then he wanted his space. He's been in his crib ever since.
I plan on doing the same with the third and won't rule out co sleeping if need be.
