Where is the best price for Granite?

HD was a lot more then consumers but I still think I have to be able to get a better price then consumers

I picked my slab out at Hindustan and Tuscany Marble and Granite(Barry) did my install. He was $800 cheaper than any other quote we got!!!! And his work is awesome!! If you wanna check him out I'll give you my info as a referral.

I would pick out your actual slab at a stone yard, rather than order through a place like HD or Consumers.

Hindustan and Nash both have big selections. They're just stone yards though, so you'll need to find a fabricator to handle installation.

K & K Marble in Bethpage is both a stone yard and a full-service fabricator.

I found what I was looking for at Hindustan, reserved my slabs and then faxed my layout and my slab info to a bunch of different fabricators to get prices. I ended up going with K & K. (I had worked with them before).

Like anything else, prices vary depending on what kind of granite you pick.

Fortune Marble & Stone in Franklin Square.

We took their card from TriCounty and just called to get an estimate. Well, the owners offered to come to our house that night to give us prices and show us samples. We went to their store the next and it was installed 3 days after we picked it out. We priced out a bunch of places and they came in at the lowest price and their customer service was excellent!
