where do i begin
Hello all, I need your advice, i think i am finally at the point that i need to investigate infertility issues, i am 35 and dh is 40 and we have been trying for about 14 months, i was diagnosed with endometriosis in dec and had laproscopic surgery, i also had a chemical pregnancy in april, i was/am seeing an RE because of the endo, but am not happy with her she is very clinical and seems to think everything is fine, she said the chem preg shows everything is fine and its just a matter of time, i believe she said she did bloodwork on me and it came out fine, i would like dh to go for a SA also it is time for my yearly exam so i was thinking about going to a new dr
Should i go to a reg ob/gyn, or seek a new RE? Also can anyone recommed someone, i live in Brooklyn so going out to LI is not easy for me, but i am very willing to go to the city
thank for any advice you can give, i think because i am home for the summer i am just thinking about this all the time and am making myself crazy and extremely upset

Re: where do i begin
First off welcome and I am sorry that you have been battling to get PG. I would recommend seeing a RE in Manhattan for a second opinion. The RE's at Cornell and NYU have excellent reputations and success rates. Some of the ladies on this board can probably recommend their doctors. At this point you might want to go for the full work up which includes blood work, SA, HSG, sonogram, etc. It all seems scary at first but you will feel better once you know you are doing all you can to try to get PG. Best of luck and

I use RS of NY and I know they have an office in Brooklyn, though I have never been to that location. Everyone in the other three offices is great.
