Where did you find your babysitter?
Does anyone recommend care.com or sittercity.com?
We need to find an occassional sitter for a 7 month old.
What is the best way to go about it?

Where did you find your babysitter?
I found mine on fb. My town has a babysitting fb page. Well not the town but someone from here started one lol. Try fb. I of course interviewed them. They are in HS. I am oos.

On FB I joined a Childcare on Long Island group and posted on there and got responses.

I've found my two sitters through my towns' facebook group. Both college girls.

Where did you find your babysitter?
care.com and I was happy with the girl I found. You can do a full background check. I started out with her being here while I was home (I work from home) and worked my way up to trusting her alone.

Where did you find your babysitter?
Check out the FB page childcare on long island. I see many babysitters and parents post on there. I found someone on there.
