I WANT to look pregnant! Even though I'm freaked about gaining weight - I feel like I've been such a baby with all the MS and nothing to show for it!
ETA: It looks awesome! Work it - this is the one time bellies are HOT!

I am ten weeks and just look flabby like I did pre-pregnancy, not pregnant. So my very un-expert opinion would be that you are either a) 12 weeks or b) having twins.
