Where can you sell old cameras and equipment?

Besides Craiglist or Ebay.

Not really old, from the late 70s-80s

Some cameras, Kodak Projector Carosel, etc?

Is there even an interest in this kind of stuff anymore?

Yes, there's a huge resurgence for film among photographers. You can try FredMiranda.com Although I believe you have to be a member to sell. You're better off either listing on ebay (especially their classified section, which I prefer over craigslist) to selling it at a store. The store will give you less bc they still want to make a profit.
BUT, if you really just want to get rid of it:

You'll get the best prices if you do it privately. If you have lenses, you should price them on their site to see what they're offering.B&H - used equipment

Some of the things are in big boxes, that's why I wanted to avoid having to ship it.

I will check out some of your suggestions.
