Where can I get the chart??

I went to WeMD and based on my last cycles it can tell me when I am ovulating, but I see some women have these really detailed charts with dates and temps on them.

1. Do I need to do that?

2. Where do I find the chart?

You don't NEED to do it.... charting is one way of keep track of your fertility.

You would need to get a basal body thermometer and take your temperature at a designated time each morning (same time every day... must be when you first wake up before any activity).

Then you can use a website like fertilityfriend.com to chart and track your changing temperatures.
