Not sure where you're located but there is NDA Kitchens in Nesconset.

You have to pay for it though. You can also try Kitchen Masters by MacGarther airport. They'll come to your house to measure and help you design it.

yup i was gonna suggest ikea too. if you go there they have computers in the kitchen section that you can play with the layout. its fun!

5 Star Lumber in Lynbrook has a great designer and beautiful quality cabinets. I would try Consumers Kitchens & Baths too.
