where can I find cheap solid black neck ties?
Any suggestions? Who has the cheapest?
KMart? Walmart? Target? Dollar Store? Any place?

what's your budget? I found ties at Macy's for $20. I was buying a few and I negotiated with them and the cashier gave me some coupons.

(we ordered ties through a guy this guy who was selling men's ties and it EXACTLY matched our weird shade of green and it was $10 a tie with one free)
