Where can I find a "rustic" dining set for kitchen?
Looking for a big slab of wood type of table - maybe a bench on one side and chairs for the other side.
Would like solid wood and seating for 6-8.

Thanks. I was looking at their table and the reviews on them seem to s uck - apparently not the best quality.

We got ours from Ashley. It's solid wood, and holds up extremely well.
This is the one we have:
Ours has 4 chairs plus the bench.

I need something functional (that's where the bench comes in if we have playdates, etc). It can't be too "country" b/c this will be in a room with our family room set up (putting a 300 sq ft room off the kitchen 1/2 will be family room area, other part for kitchen table) so it needs to go with my family room stuff (which right now is leather couches - and will continue to be while I have young kids, and a black TV unit)

Definitely Pottery Barn, NapaStyle, etc - but they are so overpriced IMO -
Try Ashley Furniture - I know I've seen a table or two like you're describing there.
