Where can I buy this Entry Bench?

i can't see the pic but i have a feeling i know what you are talking about...
i got one at jcp. if you look in my album i replaced the cushion and baskets to be more like a pottery barn bench but even with replacing the cushion and baskets it was still cheaper than PB....but the bench is a little smaller....
they also have benches at crate and barrel...
i've also seen a few at world market, ballard, pier 1
