where are my TTC experts?

so now that im off the BCP and am getting AF as we speak... How do i count days of cycle? how do i know when ovulation? what are all these CD# things mean?

i dont even know what its like to get a period off BCP since i only had my period about a year before starting BCP so i just played it by ear when i was 13 ya know!

I know how confusing things are when you get off BCP. My cycle went out of control when I got off.

Cycle Day (CD) 1 begins on the first day you get AF. Not spotting but full AF.

As for telling when ovulating I use opks (ovulation prediction kits).

Word of advice from someone going off BCP a few months ago after a LONG time on it--dont freak out the first few months. Chances are your cycle will be irregular and you may not be able to tell if you are ovulating, if you ovulate at all. GL!

thanks so much girls!!! im so clueless.. if the just let it go with the flow doesnt work for us..im in big trouble!
