OMG!!!!!!!!!!! I love love love love love love love this idea! Is it illegal to just go up and down our street? My BIL has a big pickup LOL

I am doing a cowboy themed birthday party next weekend for my DS's 1st Bday.
I am doing a lot of the things you are doing except:
I am not doing sheriff badges because the pin part makes me nervous - with the kids pulling it off or something. I am doing Cowboy hats and bandannas instead.
I got the themed plates for the kids only - I am doing plain for the adults. I got bandana print napkins and cow print cups.
***My DH is going to kill me but I want to buy "Ball" mason jars to serve the adults drinks in. I am also going to use them for centerpieces with a thin piece of rope tied around it and some wild flowers like daisies.
I was going to do cacti for ceneterpieces but again worried about the kids pricking themselves.
I am doing horse shaped cookie favor but am unsure as to whether I am going to bother with anything else.
Oh...I am going to use the Coboy hats as some serving bowls for chips and stuff.
