When's the best day to BD
usually the day before ovulation correct? I had this arguement with someone in my office today. She said it's two days before. My ovulation calendar says the day before. Please help

I don't think there's really ONE best day to BD.
OPKs are said to give you the "2 best days" to BD... the day of your +OPK and the next day. What those days mean are different for different people.
Some people will O the day after their +OPK, some people will O two days after.
In general, the days that will give you the best chances, IMO, are -3, -2, -1, 0, and +1 (days relative to ovulation).
