When you were 50% effaced...??

but not dilated..with a thin cervix--how long until you went into labor? Baby is in position...

I know it is different for everyone but figured I'd ask lol

i was 50% effaced and 1 cm for 2 weeks... went into labor and was still 50% effaced and 1 cm... had the baby the next day and totally progressed on my own.

so you never know

I was 1 cm dilated and not effaced at all until the morning I went into labor (at 39w4d).

I'm 50% effaced now, but not dilated at all. Having contractions that I don't feel. I'll let you know how it works out.

I was 80% at my first internal the next internal I was still the same. At my third internal I was 100% effaced and 1cm dilated. At my fourth I was still the same and went into labor 2 days later.

I have to look it up (on here of course ) but I know with #1 I was 90%, if not fully effaced, and about 1cm dilated, at my first internal (36 wks).
The following week nothing had changed, I had him 38w3d.

I think I was 50% or a bit more at my first internal with my 2nd - had him 38w4d

I was about 3 cm dilated and fully effaced for about 3 weeks before my due date and I was still 4 days late.
