When will people learn?
That trashing your last employer is the last thing you want to do, while on an interview....
I have been interviewing people for the past month, and every time someone walks in trashing their past (or current) boss, I toss their application.
Major pet peeve of mine.
Why do people think this is acceptable?

They are obviously not too bright. You just should know never to do such a thing. Even if their boss was horrible, they should keep it to themself. Hopefully, you will find someone soon!
