People never LEARN Drinking and Driven
That bad accident on sunrise highway was another drunk driving accident passanger was killed. Both off duty police officers. The driver 22 she is in the hospital. The passanger that was killed was 24.

and the accidents are just the ones that are usually really F****ed up
lets not forget al the gazillion others that never get caught...on a DAILY basis

People will never learn.
In high school all 4 years, we lost at least one student a year due to them getting hit by drunk drivers

I might sound really coldhearted by saying this but.... The passanger was just as much at falt. She should have told her friend she couldn't drive. And if she was going to drive then she shouldn't have stepped foot in that car.
I've been in that situation before. No matter how Drunk I am I know better!

OMg I will pray for those police officers the one that is in the hospital and also for the one that passed on I pray policeofficer did not suffer when passed.

I have a friend who used to drink and drive all the time. But one night he swerved and hit another car, but kept going. The other car ran him off the road and there were 4 guys in the car and they beat the sh1t out of him. They were all arrested and my friend couldn't drive for a year.
Now he doesn't even drink at all anymore. It's sad that some people really need a big slap in the face to get them to stop.

they both should have known better- their job is to STOP drunk drivers
to up hold the law- not to break it
IMO they thought if they got pulled over they would flash their badge and not get in trouble
I am very sorry for the girl who died- they were both so young- it's very sad

Unfortunately people don't think when they have been drinking. A friend of a friend has a bad drinking problem and totaled her car while her DH followed her(he was druck too) because she wouldn't give up the keys. She's in complete denial that it happened and she got aDuI because she doesn't remember it! The accident, the trip to the hospital the 2.0 blood test .SO in her mind it didn't happen and she is still out there driving like this

there is just no excuse for driving drunk. Designated drivers, cabs, trains there are so many other options.
