When will it end?? Sleep related
I can't take it anymore. DS is not sleeping anymore.
Yesterday he was up at 6:30am. Did not fall asleep until 10pm. And that after he finally crashed. Crying to get out of the bed on and off for 2 hours, letting him watch some TV, play with toys. Then at 12:30am he woke up crying again. And did not fall back asleep until about 4am. And that with me sleeping with him on the floor in his bedroom.
And guess what... he woke up at 7:30am today.
I slept 5.5 hours total.
I feel I am back to sleep exhaustion when DS was a NB. I am fighting a cold with vitamins.
I could not sleep today because we have EI services. And we are about to double the amount of them.
I don't know how long I can keep doing this.

Sorry about the lack of sleep--it is hard, though when this happens with DS now, it is a phase, never quite as bad as when he was a newborn.
Is he getting his molars? Sick? I know these things throw DS off. So do big changes, though for him, his naps seem to become affected more than his nighttime sleep. Do you think he's reacting to the EI services or experiencing some anxiety over that? Not that you shouldn't do it, guess I'm just thinking this might be difficult for him and might be coming out in his sleep.

Did you try putting him to bed prior to 10? If so, why did you get him out of bed? Do you have a strict bedtime routine?

Yes, he goes to bed at 8pm everyday. He was just crying so much last night. I took him out so he would calm down. We don't do CIO because it does not work with DS.
Lately his naps are all over the place.
