When was your 1st born?
Was your 1st baby early, late or on time?

DD ws born 1 day before my due date.
The doctors really didn't say if they thought I'd go early, late etc- but at my last appt- 5 days before she was born, they were mentioning that I had like zero progress and was only a fingertip dilated.
Then she was born 5 days after that...

DD was born right on her due date which was also my birthday  when I had my last checkup, doc had said my cervix was too high and nothing was going on... 2 days later I was in labor at the hospital. Proved him wrong huh LOL

almost 2 weeks early. Doc didn't really say what he thought, but we all wanted her to come early - she was a big baby.

My water broke 8 days before my due date. Had an apptointment that day - about 12 hours before and nothing was happening. Found out that day DS was breech and scheduled a version for 4 days later (it was a Friday of a holiday weekend.)
DS had other plans.

Both my boys were late- my first was 4 days late, my second was 9 days late. Keep in mind, due date is a mere estimation, not an exact calculation. Doctor didn't guess either way.

A week late (My OB does not go past that) - Tried being induced...I was not dilated, water did not break, etc.. and ended up with C-Section

My first was born 2 days before his due date. He was my earliest of all 4 babies. The doctor never mentioned when he thought I would go into labor.

He was born the day after my due date, but I went into labor on my due date.
When I saw the dr the day before I went into labor, so 2 days before my due date, she said there was no progress and said I should think about being induced the following week. So I guess she didn't think I was going any time soon

Exactly 3 weeks early. There were no signs that I would be early at all. My water broke at 1230 am and he was here at 1255 pm.

I SWORE she'd be early. I worried she'd be early.
Made a bit stink about my Dad coming to see me in NY because I didn’t want him to miss her birth. He missed mine by hours and my brother’s by weeks. Doc thought I was crazy. I was right on course. She was breech so she wasn’t going to come out unless we got her out.
Still I was early. My water broke a full 3 weeks before my due date and a 10days before her scheduled C/S delivery.
I was due 9/8
Scheduled C/S 9/2
She was born August 22nd
But Dad arrived Aug 21st!
I was early, my brother was early. I knew she’d be early. I didn’t realize she’d be following my own footsteps so very very specifically. I was due 9/10 born 8/20 she was due 9/8 and born 8/22 Gotta love my girl

Based on my calculations using OPKs he was right on time. Based on my Dr measurements, he was 2 days late.

DD was born early - 37 weeks, 5 days. Doctors never said anything about expecting me to go early or late. I was a scheduled c-section anyway. I always knew I'd go early though.

DD was born 13 days late .
I was not quite 1 cm dilated the day before and had been high up. They weren't even doing internals at most of my appts- I only had two I think. However, they kept reminding me things can change at any time. I went into labor on my own the day of my scheduled induction.
