I've been listening to RXP- yesterday at lunch they played Fugazi, Waiting Room- and Ihave to say I bopped around...
Then today they just played Punk Rock Girl by the Dead Milkmen- made me very happy!

Both appropriately boppy songs!! 
Last time i did it was St. Patty's day - got Fields of Athenry by Dropkick Murphy's in my head and spent the entire day singing it at the top of my lungs at the bar
i sounded fabulous i'm sure!

For me, about 10 minutes ago, I went to see my favorite pop singer from the nineties (stragely enough he has now turned into a sort of friend through another friend) last night and he sang some of his new stuff and his old stuff....so this morning I dug out all the old CD (and CD Singles) and I have been dancing about in my bedroom to them. I feel 21 again!!! Just in time for the weekend!
Ok I am curious.... Who is the pop singer?

Well, half of his name is in my avatar. Google it. Not hugely popular in the states, but HUGE in the UK for a few years. Was my idea of the perfect man...
okay, here is a video of him in the nineties...mmmmmmmm funnily enough he turns out to be a school chum of one of my best friends...what a small world is that!

Too long ago!
But the season was spring... very warm sunny day when we had all the windows in the apartment open.
The song... I Love Rock-n-Roll (the original).
The scene... Home alone... just me and the dog... living room, kitchen, hallway. It was a blast!

Without the hairbrush- all the time. DD and I have a dance party every other day where we rock out- play instruments and dance around. Although we do have a toy mic.... We even do this with my sister and neice.

Well Rach you are in luck!
Come to my house and collect all of your old LPs and Singles. I have them neatly packed in a box...collectors items by now!!
We need a turntable!!
I also found some old Adam Ant and a Wham!UK in their own words book.
