When using OPK at night...
How long should I hold my urine before testing? I think I remember/hearing 3 hours??
This is the 1st month I'm testing 2x a day.

Also don't drink a lot during this time. It will make it hard for you to wait 3-4 hours, and it can also dilute your urine.
