When to start OPK testing ???
How many days after AF begins or ends? AF was on 8/2, according to my monthly cycle should O on Friday- Should I start testing on Tuesday?

I think with a typical 28 day cycle you o around cd14 and recommendation is to start testing around cd10. I have longer cycles and have never gotten a positive earlier than cd19 since using opks but I start testing at cd10 just in case

and is it best to test in the morning with FMU or in the afternoon after holding urine for a bit?

FMU if you can. Otherwise in the afternoon after you hold it a bit is ok. But FMu is best

When to start OPK testing ???
My RE told me twice a day. Because you can surge midday and miss it if you are only testing once. I know it can get expensive, but IMO it's worth it :)
