When to start OPK?

When is the best time to start? Just started spotting yesterday, so I'm thinking AF is coming tomorrow. Wanted to buy a CBEFM. TIA!

I think most people start on cd 10...but if your cycle is a little longer than average/you know that you ovulate late then I would wait a few more days.

Temping is always a good way to figure out when you O. I went off bc in December and definitely feel like temping and using opk's have helped me to better understand my cycle. Good luck!

If you're using the CBEFM you have up until CD5 to start using it otherwise you have to wait until the next cycle.

I have a long cycle and usually O around CD 21 so i start OPK around CD15. But, my specialist told me to start OPK at CD10-12.

Thanks ladies, just got AF today about four days earlier than last month so I just ordered my CBEFM and going to start temping too. When does the temping begin?
