Re: When to OPK
I'm no help whatsoever, but I wanted to share that I have no clue either With my cycle length, the instructions tell me to start on CD13, but the calendar at babymed.com tells me to start tomorrow, which would be CD11. Sooooooooooooo I'm thinking I might just start tomorrow to be safe

Re: When to OPK
If you have been Oing around day 19/20 I'd start testing around CD16. Just to be safe!

Re: When to OPK
The opk instructions will tell you when to start based on how long your cycle is. I would follow that. I have heard that people O at different times and it would suck to miss it.
