When to BD?
So, if you get the positive on the OPK, when do you BD? Did you have to BD before (are you more fertile before you ovulate), or is the positive an indication that you will ovulate soon? So confusing!
I got a+OPK on Friday. When would I have been most fertile?

A positive OPK means you will ovulate within the next 24-36 hours. Which means if you got a positive on Friday you could have ovulated anywhere between then and now. You should be BDing the day you get the OPK and then the day after as well. Most people on this board seem to BD every other day leading up to a + OPK and then every day after + for 2-3 days.

Once you get a + on your OPK, it's recommended that you BD that day and for the next two days after.
