When starting solids?

I always did the morning. After her first bottle. She wasn't ravenous, cranky or needing a nap. It's just the best time for us. Also, if there was a reaction I would see it during the day most likely and not while she was sleeping and the pedi wasn't open.

It's totally up to you. We started with night because we wanted to be home, and we both work during the day. But sometimes we'd do lunch. Again, it really makes no difference.

Friday night. We would give it to her all weekend so we could tell if she had a reaction.

I tried the first time at our sunday dinner with the fam but she was tired and cranky so I tried again in the am and it went much better. Give it now for breakfast (about 1 hr after 1st bottle) and pm (about 1 hour before her last bottle).

This. But I happened to be home over th summer when she hit this stage. Had I been back at work, it probably would have been as so as I got home in the evening. Or introduce something new on Saturday, second try Sunday.
