We are taking a one day, all day class. It is approx. 7 weeks prior to EDD.

Im due 10/26/07 and we just started to take it on 9/4/07 and it is for 5 weeks. there are two couples that are due on the 10/13 and they just started to take it also

I did it about 6 weeks before, but honestly maybe it was just the class i took, it wasnt worth the money. All we did was watch videos and a tiny bit of breathing at the end of each nite. The midwifes teaching said they will be there during the labor to tell us how to breath.

Our teacher wanted us to be done 6 weeks before our due date. So we are currently doing it even though we arent due until December. Our class ends October 1. Her next class wouldnt end until around thanksgiving so...
