When should I have my 3d/4d ultrasound done?
DH and I have decided to splurge and go for the fancy sonogram.
I'll be 26 weeks on Thursday.
When should we plan on going? I don't want to go to late when the baby is cramped, but I don't want to go too early, either...
When did all of you go?

I did not go again after my level 2 at 20 weeks. If your high risk or over due you would (most cases) have another one to make sure baby is ok.
I would call your Dr. and ask
Are you getting the 3-D sono?

I did mine at 29 weeks. You can see the pics in my album. Drink plenty of fluids the whole week before and day of. Good fluid levels make clearer pictures

Good to know, thanks for the tip! Your pictures came out great! I guess I'll shoot for around the same time (which is in 3 weeks!)

We did it at 23 weeks and 33 weeks. At 33 weeks it was really cute because the face was so developed and you could see the little pudgy cheeks. It was awesome. Enjoy!!! Can't wait to see your pics!!

I did mine at 30 weeks and I made sure to stay hydrated the week before as well....my pics came out awesome!!!!

Same here, I went at 32w6d, fluid was good, and by that time the he-tus had "nice fat" to quote the tech! Here's a link to a few shots:
