When looking on MLSLI...
and looking at the room count...do bathrooms count?
For example...4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, liv rm, din rm, fam room, kitchen
how many rooms would you say this house has?
I would say 11 rooms...but some say I am wrong...

Baths not included in room count.
What you describe, 8 rooms

Correct - bathrooms don't count.
Living space in the basement (such as a basement family room) also doesn't count. So just above-grade living space (and bathrooms are excluded from living space).
