When is the next sono after 20 weeks?
I have my 20 week today, but was wondering if there will be another one before the baby is born.

some doctors do a growth sono around 34 weeks.

Unless there is a medical reason, that is usually your last one. I had a growth sono around 34-35 weeks b/c I was measuring small. And I didn't enjoy it at all b/c I was so upset that I was measuring small that I would have rathered not having it.
It really is insurance, they don't want to have to pay for too many sonos.

I had a growth sono at 32 weeks with both pregnancies.

Usually there isn't a scheduled sono after 20 weeks. I did have a growth sono at 32 weeks, just to check since I had been losing weight. I am hoping for one more, but doubt it.

My doctor does a growth sono between 34-36 weeks.

Some doctors make the 20 week sono the last one unless there are any problems. Other doctors have all their patients go for a 34 week growth sono. My doctor gave me the option of going for the 34 week sono and I decided to go.

Only a growth sono at 34 weeks but some dr don't do it unless for medical reason.
