Thanks one time l took them off cause I was told that's what I am supposed to do and I felt uncomfortable the other time I had to leave them on cause it was that time of the month (sorry for the TMI)
I am going for one tonight and I wasn't sure what I should do  I wanted to leave them on but wasn't sure if that's the norm

I take them off. They use so much oil and crap. I don't need it all over my underwear afterwards. It's just easier to take them off.

Could not agree more. BUT, I had one super strange experience where the guy doing my massage asked me if I would please go nude because apparently underwear limits him. I was so shocked and flustered I just did it. It was weird, but not as weird as I expected.
(Oh and I was on vacation with my family, my dad got the same guy and he asked him to remove his underwear too. My dad was HORRIFIED )

I wear underwear. But I wear the smallest ones I have. This way they can really work my butt muscles lol. With regular bikini undies on, they gotta kinda lift it up to get to it and that to me is awkward. Like - don't touch my underwear weirdo

i usually wear a thong. mostly because most of my pain is in my butt cheeks from sciatica so its easier for him to get in there :)
