When do you start testing w/ ovulation tests?
After how many days once your period ends do you normally start testing to see if you get a smiley? Is it a few days leading to when you think you ovulate, or right away?

I have a rough idea, but not 100%. The way CD's work is based on first day of period right? So CD10 is 10 days after first day start of your period?

Re: When do you start testing w/ ovulation tests?
I have longer cycles that are somewhat irregular, although more regular than they used to be. I start testing with the internet cheapy OPKs at cd10 even though I typically dont get a positive until cd19-22. Just in case, I dont want to miss it!
Edit: AF (first day of full flow) is cd1.

I start testing on cycle day 7. When you should start testing is based on the length of your cycles- This is from the clear blue advanced digital insert: If your cycle is 22-24 days start testing on CD6, if your cycle is 25-27 days start testing on CD7, if your cycle is 28 days start testing on CD8, if your cycle is 29 days start testing on CD9, if your cycle is 30 days start testing on CD10.

Thank you! That's very helpful. I just ordered the clear blue digital tests which should be arriving today, just in time!
