When do you start counting 1dpo etc
So I got my  and EWCM last friday. Do I "assume" I O'd on saturday and start counting 1dpo as yesterday or how do you ladies determine what day of PO you are on?

that's exactly what i always did - they always say 24-36 hours later, but i always did the 24 hour rule.

Was Friday your first +OPK?
To be conservative, I'd say you O'd on Sunday and make today 1 DPO (this way you aren't tempted to test too early!)

Thanks...yes friday was my first I did test again on saturday with the strip tests and got a faint second line. Friday was my first smiley on the CBOPK and I got a very dark second line on the strip tests the same day.
I was cramping a lot of the day yesterday so dont know if that was O.
You know I am going to be poised with the test at 10dpo
