When do babies start tummy time?
DD is one month old. Is she too young for her gymini for tummy time??/

i think i started at 4 weeks. didnt like it at first, but the more i did it with him, the more he was ok and loved being on his tummy.
never too early to start.

I started when he was able to hold his head up somewhat...around 2 months...Only for a minute or 2, I increased it as he got older and more head control.

DS hated it until he was 6 months old. He would only last a few minutes before he would freak out or he would just roll over immediately. one day he decided to start sleeping on his belly and since then he plays on his tummy all the time.

My DS always hated it, I did for maybe 2 minutes twice a week or never. He's start crying and I wasn't in the mood to hear crying.
But now that he can lift himself off his chest and see everything, he's much happier doing it. Will go for 10-15 minutes smiling at me.

never with DS1, he was always laying on our chest so he was fine. he would cry so it wasn't that important. I do it w/ DS 2 now once in a while he is happy to do it, he does best on our chest as well

I started when she was 1 week old. She's been holding her head up since then and at almsot 5 weeks now she can hold her head up when she is upright in my arms for a looonnnggg time, it's amazing!
Doctor's say to do like 15 minutes at a time to help them practice and strengthen their necks...I do it until she's tired or gets bored with it now.

With DS from day one that's actually how he sleeps. DD was a little more picky, she was older, and didn't care too much for tummy time.
