when did your LO drop to one nap?
DD is 16 months and still takes two naps and shows no sign of dropping either one. I'm certainly not complaining because it's my time to get things done and I like that she still does. I am curious if she is just late in dropping to one nap. Thanks!

when did your LO drop to one nap?
13 months. But that could have been the daycare class she moved into at that time only took 1 nap so she adapted.

11-12 mos. By 13 mos, she was down to one although occasionally will still do two if she's very tired.

Both kids around 10 mo or so. DD dropped napping all together (aside from her 2 days at daycare) at 2yo.

DS2 held onto both naps until 18m. He started fighting the afternoon nap, so we knew it was time.

Just recently - he turned one year in September. So, around then.
And from time to time he will still do two if he's under the weather or really pooped. But mostly, it's the one.
When he did this, interestingly enough, he demanded to be put to bed for the night earlier. Like, he traded the second nap for going to bed at 6:15-6:30pm instead of 7:15-7:30pm.
He sleeps at night amazingly well - always has, it's crazy. The kid can't keep his eyes open most days past 7 no matter what we do. Half the time it's still LIGHT out and he's done! Crazy. He wakes up around 7am so 12-13 hours, approximately, per night.
His one nap is about 1.5-2 hours.

I think my DS was less then a year, he's 18 months now and takes 1 nap. My DD was almost 2 , I think .
