When did your DC's bedtime get later

DD is 18 mos and her bedtime is still 645ish, and I feel like she still needs to be put down then..her nap is almost NEVER more than an hour and a half if I'm lucky so by 6 she's wiped...I can't imagine pushing her bedtime later, but my mom suggested that I try, but I still think she's too young!

If the 645 bedtime is working, then I wouldn't change a thing! If you notice (in the future) that she's fussing to be put down at that time, I'd consider pushing it back a bit, but until then, I wouldn't mess with it! Chat Icon

Re: When did your DC's bedtime get later

What time does she wake up?

DD goes to sleep around 930, only naps about 1-2 hrs a day if I am lucky. And wakes about 800ish everyday.

I WISH I could get her to bed that early!!

She usually gives me 12+hours a night so if I put her down at 645 she's usually up between 630 and 730....

I feel like the times I've even attempted to put her down later she wakes up earlier, but we just came back from a cruise and we were putting her down a bit later and she was getting up later...BUTTTTT she was also in the sun and pool all day so I think she was just really wiped from the day
