When did you stop your progesterone?
How long are you supposed to take these things? Until AF shows? I hate them and the zits they bring......

Until negative beta when my cycles didn't work and 9 1/2 or 10 weeks when I got my BFP.

The thing is without a beta you won't know when to stop. If you continue to take it AF will take longer to show. I was told on prog you should get beta.

from past cycles, i was told to stop after my beta was tested- and that was when AF came for her damn visit

as everyone else, after the blood test came neg I was told to stop everything I was on immediately
they did tell me that if u are preg that u keep taking it for a very long time

I don't know why your office is so against betas. SB is always telling me if I want to come in its fine if I don't that's ok too. Who specifically is telling you not to? The front desk always asks me if I need an appt. I can say yes or no

When did you stop your progesterone?
Last cycle was my first IUI and I was on progesterone. I was told to stop when I got the call that my BETA was negative. AF came 2 days later. I hear if you do get preg you are on them until about 10 weeks.

I don't know why either. After the last crazy cycle, my RE said she def wanted a beta on me for this cycle.. then the whole mystery follicle drama started and she said no beta bc I was not going to ovulate. Then I had my IUI with a diff DR and he was super positive that I was ovulating and told me to start the progesterone.. so I guess my case got stuck in the cracks somewhere.. when I called to schedule the beta they asked what cd I was and if I triggered and when I said I did, she told me to wait it out. The nurses said the same to me last cycle so I guess it is just office protocol? They are always super busy  I'm just waiting it out at this point!

Definitely call and leave a message. That's crap! I;m so annoyed for you lol!Did you get a bfp this morning too? Darker? Maybe tomorrow morning tell them you are 14dpo and you got a pos and you need to come in for a beta?

Um...wait a min. You triggered Tues the 26th at night right? Which would make today 15 days past trigger. How could it possibly still be in your system??????
