When did you start ttc for your 2nd?
How old was dc1? How long did it take to get preg with the 2nd? Did you have fertility issues with the first? But not the second or also with the second?
It took us a year and a half to get preg with dd. it took treatment and ivf 2 worked. I'm nervous about how long it will take to get preg again and if I will need treatment again. I'm not that young and don't want to wait just in case it takes awhile, and maybe even need help, again.
I know everyone and every situation is diff but just curious.

When did you start ttc for your 2nd?
It took us 3 months to conceive DS # 1. We started trying for our 2nd when DS was 12 months, we had success our second month of trying. We will probably TTC our 3rd, an last, child when DS # 2 is 12 months, in March.

Took me 2 years & IVF to get pregnant with DS. I laughed when Dr told me to start using birth control at the post natal check up. We started thinking about #2 and trying when DS was 7 months old. DD was conceived 1 month later. Honestly, they are really too close. I should have waited a bit longer. My Dr laughed when I told him I never expected to get pregnant so easily. He says he sees it all the time.
Now DD is almost 2, I'd love a third, but nothing is happening. We've been gently trying for 6 months. I'm going to ramp it up this month!

Right after dc's 1st bday, less then 4 weeks BFP. Took a little bit to conceive dc 1, so we were shocked

I didn't want 2 DC less than 2 1/2 years apart, so we started trying when DD was 3 months away from turning 2.
Still working on it 6 months later...

Thank you! This was a story I was looking for. I also laughed when my dr asked me about bc at my pp appt. I was like, well it took me ivf to get her so if it does happen I'd be happy. But I don't want them so, so close in age.

It took 2 years to get pg with DS. Fertility treatments but ended up pg on my own.
We decided for #2 we are just going to try on our own and if it happens then great but if not I was blessed with one terrific little guy.

When did you start ttc for your 2nd?
It took us 14 months to conceive DD. I figured we'd try to have them 1.5-2 years apart but I didn't get AF until DD was 15 months so she's already 19.5 months and we've barely had the chance to try.

Took 6 months to conceive ds. I didn't get my period for 13 months. Started trying again when ds was 15 months and still trying 7 months later

It took us 6 months to conceive our first. We started TTC #2 when he was just over a year and got pregnant on the first try. When he was 20 months, we started TTC#3 and again got pregnant on the first try.

7 months of IF treatments to get pg with my first. We weren't being cautious and got pg on our own when my dd was 8 months. We were sooo shocked. That pg ended in a MC. We went back to the RE when my dd was 12 months and got pg on the first cycle. My girls are 21 months.

DS1 was conceived with no problem first month trying.
We started trying for #2 right before DS1's first birthday. We actually conceived that first month, but it was a chemical. We then took a few months break so I could get the chicken pox vaccine. I then had another chemical and finally a viable pregnancy with the help of progesterone supplements. DS2 was born in Oct and they are 2.5 years apart.
I'm already thinking about having a 3rd, but we won't make a decision one way or the other until DS2 turns 1.

With DS it took us over a year of IF treatments, including 6 IUIs.
We thought it would take just as long with number 2. I went off of BCP when DS was about 4 months because I was having trouble with, thinking I could never get pregnant on my own.
When DS was 10 months we went to the RE to start trying for #2. It turns out that I was already about 4 weeks pregnant!!

DC #1 we got preggo on the 1st try and then ended in a MC at 6 wks
We took a few months off then tried for 5 months and got preggo with DS.
When he was 7 months we started TTC for #3 and got preggo on the 1st try. I am due on Fri with DS#2 and DS #1 is 16.5 months old.
Our game plan is to wait at least till DS #2 is 1 year to start TTC #4.

It took us 1 month to get pregnant w/ #1. When she turned 2 we started trying for #2. She turned 2 in June and we got pregnant that month. So 1 month again. We were shocked and thankful to get so lucky twice!!

Started trying about 6 months after ds was born... It took us 2 yrs to get pregnant the first time and 2 yrs this time around. I'm now 5months dues in march. I got pregnant 2nd time with clomid and lots and lots of opks. Good luck!

it took is 1 month to get pregnant with DS
we started trying when DS was 19 months. We go pregnant within day of his second birthday so they are 32.5 months apart.
#2 took 5-6 months of TTC

We got pregnant with DS first month trying. We started ttc#2 when he was 21 months old and I have had 3 mc and am still not pregnant again. I never ever expected this at all. Sometimes I say I wish we had started ttc earlier (and I guess I do, maybe 3-4 months earlier) but I didn't want 2 under 2 and we also wanted to be prepared for it to happen right away again.
